And as winter inspects with deep blue breath

27 Jan

Sunlight pours from the sky
Chasing drops of fluid dreams
Waltzing through the heavens
To the rhythm of fluttering winds

White divides, splinters
Colors explode, vibrant
Humming
Rushing towards stretched out limbs
A translucent ensemble
Sliding down branching pathways
Performing inaudible songs of lucid splendor

And as winter inspects with deep blue breath
The furrowed skin of whispering trees
Crystals emerge from the music
Capturing its azure zephyr
Spinning it
Weaving it
Into magnificent garments
Clothing their swaying hosts
In glimmering shimmering splendor

Can you touch the light
Feel it smoothly flowing underneath your fingers?
