The eyes look down
The valley of deep shadows approaches quickly.
Yet, along the way, even in the twilight
Little reminders, blossoms of hope, cross our path.
That no matter where we are
No matter how lost, alone and left for good we feel
A constant voice gently calls out “Forget me not”
“For I have not forgotten you”
