Pick a flower, admire its beauty

Pick a flower, admire its beauty
Such is our delightful duty.
Though do not break its delicate essence
But rather be taken by its enchanting dance.
As its twirling between your fingers
Become enveloped by its mystical perfume that lingers.
Nonchalant its charm it dispenses
Captivating all your senses.
Feel a lovers kiss
When its petals touch your lips.

    Thank you very much for your kind words, I very much appre­ci­ate it. I’ve always been around a lot of nature even though I grew up in a city. I often try to present some of that fas­ci­na­tion, admi­ra­tion and appre­ci­a­tion through pic­tures and words. I am happy to know it res­onates with other peo­ple.
